Returns:
Rigor in the entire production process to ensure excellence in any of its products is one of Terra Ninho’s basic principles. We work hard and carefully to ensure that you are completely satisfied with Terra Ninho! All our products are therefore subject to strict quality control in order to fully meet your requirements.
It is also because of this commitment that we urge you to make your purchases conscientiously. In this way, by avoiding returning a product, you will be making a direct contribution to environmental preservation, both through the absence of CO2 emissions, which would result from transportation, and through the absence of plastic and other packaging needed to return the product.
Don’t forget that you need your receipt to return items.
The items you return must be intact, in the same condition as when you received them.
If an order arrives in poor condition, showing visible signs of damage to the packaging during shipment, you should NOT accept the order and report it immediately to geral@terraninho.com .
If you are not completely satisfied, you must return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, using the following options:
– delivery directly to Rua do Outeiro, 1375 – 4760-317 Vila Nova de Famalicão, free of charge;
– delivery to the store, the costs of which are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
After receiving the product and carefully analyzing its condition, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used when you bought the item. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your refund has been processed. The amount refunded will be credited to the buyer’s account within a period of between 8 and 14 days, which is different for each bank.
